I’m Paulina Równy. I’m a burnout and career transition coach.
My expertise is rooted in 17 years of corporate career, concluded with a massive burnout. This led me to deep trauma healing work, aimed at reclaiming energy and sovereignty in life. I combined this with ongoing research and acquiring the necessary qualifications.
My core methods are somatic work, focused on regulating the nervous system, and re-establishing a spiritual connection with yourself and the world. With these tools, I can support you in reclaiming your energy and life force.
Your purpose, energy, and time on this planet matter. Life doesn’t have to be an exhausting, never-ending marathon. It can become a joyful adventure!

How do I know I’m burnt out?
If you’re here, a part of you knows that something’s off in your life. You may simply not be able to put a finger on it… And this small voice within is your intuition.

Burnout happens when we spend more energy that we are able to restore or receive over a long period of time. This dynamic makes life unsustainable.
This is the framework I use in my work with clients.

Our bodies carry both traumas and wisdom. Connecting with the body is key to energy reclamation and deep transformation.

Mental Energy
We spend most of our time in our heads, burning energy needlessly. Together, we’ll redirect this energy in new and impactful ways.

E-motions are simply energy in motion. There is plenty of energy frozen in unexpressed emotions that we can reclaim.
